Claims (1)
- 上面を開口した絶縁材料からなるベースに二股
の接触部を有する複数の端子を植設し、ベースの
開口部内に位置させた該接触部に圧電基板上の電
極を接続固定するとともに、該圧電基板の振動部
を除いた部分を合成樹脂で被覆し、さらに少なく
とも該合成樹脂で被覆した部分に角形のケースを
被せたことを特徴とするセラミツクフイルタ。
