Claims (1)
- 放電路用貫通孔を備えた細管部品を、ガス期間
路用の貫通孔を備えた円盤状部材の内側に収納し
て円盤状部材を連設することにより放電路を形成
し、該放電路の両側に陽極と陰極とを設けたイオ
ンレーザ管において、前記円盤状部材の内面にア
ルミナを溶射したことを特徴とするイオンレーザ
管。
