Claims (1)
- 軸の先方部に筆記体を備え、後方部に印鑑を搭
載した所謂印鑑付筆記具に於いて、印鑑５の一端
に印字体６を備え、他端に蓋部４を備えて軸の後
端部あ内孔に印字体６を収納して常時印字体６を
遮蔽すると共に、軸の後端部外周で基部１０に一
端に係止部１４と他端に釦１２を有して略中央の
支点９で軸との間でスプリング１１を附勢して適
宜回動するように係止部材８を止着して、上記印
鑑５の印字体６と蓋部４の外周部略中央に設けた
ツバ部１３を上記係止部材８の係止部１４に係合
させて抜け止め保持し、釦１２を押圧することに
よりツバ部１３と係止部１４の係合状態を解除し
て蓋部４を軸の後端部内孔に収納すると共に印字
体６を軸後端から突出させて捺印可能に構成した
ことを特徴とする印鑑付筆記具。
