合したシヤフト； 接地したベース上に固定され、動圧ラジアル軸
受を介してシヤフトを支持するスリーブ； スリーブに取り付けられ、シヤフトの下端面と
対向して動圧スラスト軸受を構成するスラスト受
け；および ハブとスリーブとの間にあつてシヤフトを回転
駆動するためのモータを構成するステータとマグ
