- 電気絶縁性筒体内に先端が放電面を構成する柱
状の電極と導電部材に取り囲まれた対向電極とを
設けたガス封入放電管において、該対向電極と該
導電部材との封入ガス暴露面に活性化層の被覆を
設けたことを特徴とする放電管。
