Claims (1)
- 遠隔操作機構に被計測部へ一定の力で押し付け
得る押付機構を設け、この押付機構に被計測面に
対し垂直に保持し得るジンバル機構を介してセン
サを取付け、このセンサと被計測部との間に定在
的な水柱を形成し得る筒体を設けたことを特徴と
する遠隔計測用探触子装置。
