るセンサーの間隔を示す説明図、第４ａ図は本考
案の装置における原稿の移動と走査の状態を示す
タイミングチヤート、第４ｂ図は従来装置の場合
の第４ａ図に対応するタイミングチヤートであり
、第５図は従来の画像読取り装置の構成を示す側
面図である。 図中の符号、１……画像読取り装置、２……原
稿トレイ、３……給紙装置、５……装置本体、６
……搬送ベルト装置、７……プラテン、８……走
査装置、１０……読取り装置、１１〜１３……セ
ンサー、１５……記憶回路、１６……信号処理回
路、１７……コピー装置、１８……フアクシミリ
送信回路。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 プラテン上に載置される原稿の画像を、該プラ
    テンの下面に沿つて移動される走査装置により走
    査し、読取り情報をデジタル信号として出力する
    ように構成してなる装置において、 前記走査装置をプラテンの下面に沿つて移動さ
    せるモードと、走査装置を固定位置に停止させた
    状態で、原稿を移動させながら走査するモードと
    の２つの読取りモードを設定可能に構成し、 コントロールパネルを介して入力されたコピー
    の部数が１部の場合には、走査装置を固定位置に
    保持させて、移動される原稿の画像を走査すると
    ともに、複数部のコピーの場合に、最初の１部に
    ついては走査装置を固定位置に設定し、２部目以
    降はプラテン上に停止される原稿に対して、走査
    装置を移動させながら走査を行なうように構成し
    たことを特徴とする画像読取り装置。
