- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 表皮と、その表皮内面に一体に射出成形された
樹脂製基体とからなる表皮付き射出成形品におい
て、 前記樹脂製基体が、裏面に棒状突起の形成され
た本体と、該本体端末に溝状のヒンジ部を介して
設けられた小孔のあるフランジ部とからなり、 前記表皮が前記フランジ部の小孔と対応する表
皮端末に小孔の形成されたものからなり、 該樹脂製基体のフランジ部およびそのフランジ
部表面の表皮端末がヒンジ部で基体裏側に折り曲
げられ、該フランジ部および表皮端末の小孔に本
体裏側の棒状突起先端が挿通されて、該棒状突起
先端が表皮端末表面で拡大形状にされてなる、 ことを特徴とする表皮付き射出成形品。
