Claims (1)
- 圧力流体の流入口を開閉する弁体を設け、該弁
体を駆動する操作杆を圧力隔膜に連結させて成る
圧力調整器において、該圧力調整器の流出口を開
閉するチエツク弁を設けると共に、弁室から該流
出口の外側に連通するバイパスを設け、該バイパ
ス内に流量検知用羽根車を設けて成ることを特徴
とする自己診断型圧力調整器。
