  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 出力トランジスタと、この出力トランジスタの
    短絡電流を検出するため、この出力トランジスタ
    に直列に接続される抵抗と、この抵抗の両端電圧
    に応答し、前記出力トランジスタをＯＦＦさせる
    サイリスタとよりなる検出器の出力短絡保護回路
    において、 前記抵抗に並列に誤動作防止用のコンデンサを
    接続したことを特徴とする検出器の出力短絡保護
    回路。
