演算部を備え、このデータ比較演算部を上記数値
制御装置に接続し、上記測長器では上記被加工物
の加工中の寸法を非接触で測長しこの測長データ
と基準データとの比較の結果、数値制御装置に補
正値を加え高精度で計測時間のロスのない加工を
可能とし、また加工中の切削水及び切粉等の悪影
響を防ぐ計測器の保護機構を設けまたワーク加工
径に対して常に計測器の測定範囲内に入れるため
設けたセンサ取付台調整機構を具備した加工径補
