フアイバケーブルの端面とを対向させて光信号の
やりとりを行なわせるように両者を接続する光リ
ンクにおいて、リードフレーム上に導電材からな
る板状部材を接着させて、その板状部材とリード
フレームとの間の電気的接続をとり、その板状部
材上に電気・光変換素子または光・電気変換素子
のチツプを取り付けたうえで、その電気・光変換
素子または光・電気変換素子の取付部分を、リー
ドフレームを外部に引き出しながら、光透過性の
樹脂によつてモールド成形したことを特徴とする
