レイン（コレクタ）端子１Ａを並列に接続し、導
体３で複数個のトランジスタ１のソース（エミツ
タ）端子１Ｂを並列に接続し、上記ヒートシンク
２に形成したドレイン（コレクタ）側ターミナル
２Ａと前記導体３の端部に形成したソース（エミ
ツタ）側ターミナル３Ａとを相反対する位置に設
置した構造のトランジスタの並列接続装置におい
て、複数個のゲート（ベース）入力抵抗Ｒ１、一
個のゲート（ベース）保護抵抗Ｒ２、ゲート（ベ
ース）保護ダイオードＤ１およびサージ吸収用ダ
イオードＤ２を印刷配線板４に形成した導体部４
Ａの所定位置に配置接続し、上記ヒートシンク２
に該印刷配線板４を電気的に絶縁した状態で固定
するとともに上記印刷配線板４の導体部４Ａの所
定位置に上記トランジスタ１のゲート（ベース）
端子１Ｃのすべてと、複数本あるソース（エミツ
タ）端子１Ｂの内の一個とを電気的に固定したト
