- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 回転軸を支承する静圧軸受装置において、 回転軸あるいは回転軸に接近して設けられる軸
受体に、潤滑圧力を受ける複数のポケツトを設け
、 加圧源に連通する供給通路より前記回転軸の負
荷を受ける側のポケツトに潤滑圧力を作用させる
一方、負荷の少ない側から潤滑圧力を抜くように
した圧力調整手段を設けたことを特徴とする静圧
軸受装置。
