図において、１，３，５，７及び１０から１３
は抵抗、２，４，６は演算増巾器、８はコンデン
サ、９は電界効果トランジスタ、１４はダイオー
ド、１５は乗算器である。なお、図中、同一符号
は同一、又は相当部分を示す。

直列接続されたダイオード、このダイオードの両
端の電圧を上記第１演算増巾器の入力端にフイー
ドバツクする第３演算増巾器、および上記電界効
果トランジスタと上記ダイオードとの上記直列回
路の両端に設けられた出力端を備え、入力電圧に
従つて抵抗値が変化するようにした可変抵抗装置
において、上記電界効果トランジスタに流れる電
流の変化に応じて上記入力電圧を補正した出力電
圧を上記第１演算増巾器の入力端に与える補正手
