- ベースと、ベース上面に固定されたＮＣモータ
駆動のＮＣテーブルＸと、前記ベース上面をＮＣ
テーブルＸのストローク方向両端に対向して固定
された２つの高さを有するサポートと、前記サポ
ートに渡されて固定されたステージと、前記ＮＣ
テーブルＸの移動子上面に固定され、前記ステー
ジを内包する形で前記ＮＣテーブルＸ上をストロ
ーク直角方向に固定された□形構造のフレームと
、フレーム上に前記ＮＣテーブルＸのストローク
方向と直交方向に配置されたＮＣモータ駆動のＮ
ＣテーブルＹと、ＮＣテーブルＹの移動子に固定
されたプレートと、プレートに固定され鉛直方向
に移動するガイドと、ガイドの移動子に固定され
