- ＱＦＰを置くステージと、ステージ上のＱＦＰ
脇に設けられ、直進ガイドに支持され、その端面
がＱＦＰ方向にステージ上面に接しつつスライド
可能なプレートと、該プレートに直結されたアク
チユエータと、該アクチユエータの動作をコント
ロールする制御部とを含んで成るＱＦＰ位置決め
機構。
