Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ＯＰアンプの入出力端に接続されたコンデンサ
と、このコンデンサの両端にそれぞれ保護抵抗を
介して接続される負荷抵抗と、この負荷抵抗に供
給する定電流の大きさを決めるための抵抗と、こ
の抵抗及び前記保護抵抗を介してＯＰアンプの入
力端に負極性の電圧を印加する電源とを備え、前
記負荷抵抗に保護抵抗を介して定電流を供給する
ようにした回路において、 前記ＯＰアンプの出力段に接続される保護抵抗
と負荷抵抗との間にベースに正極性の電圧が印加
されたトランジスタを挿入接続したことを特徴と
する定電流回路。
