の外観図であり、第５図はそのＣ面視図、第６図
はそのＳ面視図である。第８図は第５図Ｃ面のハ
ンダ印刷マスク、第９図は第６図Ｓ面のハンダ印
刷マスクで３は取付ランドに対応した穴である。
