Claims (1)
- 両端面に第１電極及び第２電極を配設した筒状
誘電体と、該誘電体を貫通し、前記第１電極に接
続される貫通導体と、前記第２電極に一面を接続
した接地電極と、前記貫通導体の一方の端部及び
接地電極一面の外周部分を除いて誘電体外周面を
被覆する第１の絶縁体と、前記貫通導体の他方の
端部を除き、誘電体内周部及び接地電極他面の略
全面を被覆する第２の絶縁体とを備えたことを特
徴とする貫通形コンデンサ。
