- メインダイヤフラムシートの両面の差圧を変化
させて上記メインダイヤフラムシートを面に略垂
直方向に動かして加圧流体の通路を開閉させるダ
イヤフラム弁に於いて、上記メインダイヤフラム
シートの両側を導通させる均圧管を備えてなるこ
とを特徴とするダイヤフラム弁。
