Claims (1)
グに、絶縁材が表面にコーテイングされた圧電効
果素子を密着させ、前記軸受本体あるいはケーシ
ング内を伝搬する振動によつて前記圧電効果素子
を直接変形させて電気信号を得ることを特徴とす
る軸受の異常検出装置。 (2) 振動を伝搬し易い薄板の中央に圧電効果素
子を固着しその周辺を軸受本体あるいは軸受を支
持するケーシングに固定する一方、前記圧電効果
素子の周囲に空間を形成する凹部を前記軸受本体
あるいはケーシングに形成し、前記薄板の振動に
よつて前記圧電効果素子を変形させて電気信号を
得ることを特徴とする軸受の異常検出装置。 (3) 前記圧電効果素子の出力信号をICメモリ
ーカードに書き込む書込み装置を備えることを特
徴とする請求項(1)又は(2)に記載の軸受の異常検
