シンク、１１−１ａは突起、１２は空冷フイン、
１２ａはシヤフト部、１３は結合リング、１４は
熱伝導材、を示す。

構造を示す断面図である。 図において、１１はＬＳｉ、１１−１はヒート
シンク、１１−１ａは突起、１２は空冷フイン、

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複数枚の薄板を一定間隔で積層して一端側にシ
ヤフト部１２ａを形成した熱伝導率の高い空冷フ
イン１２と、 上記空冷フイン１２のシヤフト部１２ａと、半
導体パツケージ１１のヒートシンク１１−１に配
設した突起１１−１ａと整合する内径の熱伝導率
の高い結合リング１３とからなり、 上記空冷フイン１２の該シヤフト部１２ａと上
記半導体パツケージ１１の該突起１１−１ａを、
上記結合リング１３を介して固着したことを特徴
とする空冷フイン取着構造。
