第１図は本考案の一実施例である樹脂テープ連
続粉砕装置の正面図であり、第２図はその粉砕装
置を含むホース生産ラインの一部を示す製造工程
図である。第３図は第１図の粉砕装置の一部切欠
側面図であり、第４図は同じ粉砕装置の粉砕機内
部を示す断面図である。第５図及び第６図は夫々
第１図及び第３図の粉砕装置におけるカツター装
置の一部切欠要部正面図及び一部切欠要部平面図
である。第７図は従来の粉砕装置の一部切欠正面
図である。 １２：ホース、２４：樹脂テープ、２６：連続
粉砕装置、３０：粉砕機、３４：カツター装置、
５０：送込みローラ、５４：回転ロール、５６：
カツターロール、５８：カツター刃。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ホース加硫のために該ホースの外周面を被覆し
    た樹脂を切り裂いてテープ状としたものを、送込
    み手段にて粉砕機の側に送り込んで該粉砕機によ
    り粉砕する装置において、 該送込み手段と粉砕機との間に、(イ)回転ロー
    ルと、(ロ)該回転ロールに隣接して設けられた、
    外周面上にカツター刃が設けられて成るカツター
    ロールとを備え、それら回転ロールとカツターロ
    ールとの間に通された樹脂テープを、それら回転
    ロール及びカツターロールの回転に基づいて所定
    長さのチツプ状に連続的に切断するカツター装置
    を設け、該カツター装置によりチツプ状とした樹
    脂を前記粉砕機に送り込むようにしたことを特徴
    とする樹脂テープの連続粉砕装置。
