置によつてコ字形にプレス成形されるのである
が、該バンパーレインフオース2はバンパーフエ
イシヤ1の主部の前後方向曲率に合わせて、任意
の曲率をもつて成形される関係上、該バンパーレ
インフオース2の上、下壁2b,2cの各前縁側
と後縁側とでは曲率半径に差が生じ、これら上、
下壁2b,2cに板材の余肉によつてしわが発生
してしまう。そこで、このプレス成形時のしわ発
生を防止するため、第2図に示す如くバンパーレ
インフオース2の上、下壁2b,2cにプレス成
形時にそれぞれ前壁2aとの境の稜線から後縁に
至る複数個のビード部4を形成して、これらビー
ド部4によつて板材の余肉を逃がし、以て、しわ
発生を回避するようにしている。

b,2cとの境の稜線部分が前記凹みA側に引き
込まれて稜線が消失すると共に、この稜線消失部
の両側が隆起して、同図鎖線で示すような波形状
の変化が生じる傾向にある。一方、第5図に示す
ように上、下壁2b,2cにしわ取り用ビード部
4を稜線から後縁に亘つて凹設したものでは、例
えば、前述と同様に前壁2aに衝突による凹みA
が生じると、しわ取り用ビード部4の底部前縁の
