Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 導電性の振動板の両面若しくは片面に圧電セ
ラミツク板を貼着すると共に当該圧電セラミツク
板の外面に電極層が形成されている構造のバイモ
ルフもしくはユニモルフ型の圧電振動子に於いて
、前記振動板が繊維質シートと熱可塑性樹脂層と
金属箔とがラミネートされた複合構造の振動板で
あることを特徴とする圧電振動子。 ２ 上記熱可塑性樹脂層がポリエチレン又はポリ
アミド又はポリプロピレンであることを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の圧電振動
子。 ３ 上記金属箔が、アルミニウム箔又はニツケル
箔又はチタニウム箔又はステンレス箔であること
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
の圧電振動子。
