Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the consumption of a shot stock by making the shot stock by mixing the abrasive of a large grain size for increasing grindability and the abrasive smaller than that with a synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:An alumina abrasive is mixed with 60% synthetic resin with two kinds of 4mu and 80mu being taken at 30% and 10% respectively, shaped and made as a shot stock. This shot stock is abraded by being shot to a barbecue iron plate and reused by recovery. A worn shot stock is replenished by replacing with a new one as a consumption stock. The shot stock of the above combination is strengthened in abrasive power and also the wear is reduced as well, and the shot stock with large abrasive power and small consumption can be obtd.

As is well known, general cleaning methods include washing with water or water pressure, using liquid or powder detergents, physically using brushes or sponges, using ultrasonic vibration, and combinations of these methods. things are known. Also,
Special cleaning is performed to remove contamination and oil from the surface of the workpiece due to compound during barrel finishing.

By the way, metal fji-shaped or irregularly shaped metal materials are used in the porvanishing process, which is similar to the barrel finishing process described above, but recently, sheet materials similar to this have been used for grilled meat iron plates, etc., which are the objects to be cleaned. A cleaning method has been developed in which a large number of particles are thrown in succession to remove dirt such as carbide and oil from the surface.

When a short material made only of metal balls is used in such a cleaning method, unevenness occurs on the grilled meat iron plate, resulting in so-called rough skin, and when this grilled meat iron plate is used again for grilling, the rough surface becomes dirty. There was a problem that it became easy to adhere.

3652'? The following proposal is disclosed in the publication. According to this publication, as shown in the conceptual diagram of the attached drawing,
A large number of soap materials 3 are continuously thrown onto the surface of the Yakiniku iron plate 1 along with a detergent solution to remove oils and fats from the Yakiniku iron plate 1. A cleaning method for removing dirt is disclosed. In such a system, the shot material 3 is thrown by a shot device 4 that rotates at high speed, and this shot device 4 applies centrifugal force to the continuously supplied shot material 3 using a large number of blades such as an airfoil fan. It is something that is given and thrown. After the thrown short material 3 hits the grilled meat iron plate l, it hits the grill plate 5.
After being collected at the top and separated from the detergent liquid, it is conveyed to a chute 7 by a container 6 and supplied to the shot device 4 again. Then, new detergent liquid 8 is supplied to this chute 7 and sprayed onto the grilled meat iron plate l together with the shot material 3.

Here, in the previous publication, the shot material 3 used in such a cleaning method is composed of a synthetic resin shot material mixed with an abrasive material, and the shot material 3 is made of a synthetic resin material mixed with an abrasive material in a different amount. A shot material 3 of ffi or higher is mixed and used at the same time. As a result, the shot material, which contains a large amount of abrasive, works effectively against the various stains that adhere to the grilled meat iron plate 1, that is, the strongly adhered carbides, and the abrasive material works effectively against oils and fats that have weak adhesion. It is said that a John material mixed in a small amount works effectively and can remove these stains efficiently as a whole.

However, these two or more types of shot materials 3 are a type of media made of synthetic resin mixed with abrasives, and since these shot materials 3 are used cyclically, they may deteriorate during long-term use. , disintegrate or wear out. Therefore, these shot materials 3 need to be replenished, but among these two or more types of shot materials,
It was not possible to determine which shot material had been consumed the most, and it was difficult to replenish it. Note that if the amount of replenishment is incorrect, cleaning will not be performed as expected.

Therefore, the present invention was created to solve this problem, and its gist is to add a detergent liquid to the object to be cleaned, which has charcoal, oil, etc. attached, and to throw it using a shot device, and to collect the detergent liquid. The shot material, which is washed while being thrown again, is a shot material in which a synthetic resin is mixed with an abrasive with a large particle size to increase the grindability and an abrasive with a smaller particle size.

Now, according to this table, the shot material of Nα1 corresponds to a known example in which one type of abrasive is mixed into the resin, and this No. I
Compared to the shot material of No. 1, the shot material of Nα2 has the same basic composition (50% resin, 50% abrasive), but because the particle size of the abrasive is two types, the consumption amount of shot material is No.
Compared to 1, the q stiffness is the same, but it has been reduced to 1/6, which is an improvement. This is thought to be because the abrasive with small particle size strengthened the bonding force of the shot material.

In addition, compared to the Nα2 shot material, the short material for Problem 3 has a different basic composition (60% resin, 40% abrasive) to prevent the shot material from collapsing, and also improves the cleaning power. (Effects of the Invention) According to the present invention, the shot material is made of synthetic resin mixed with an abrasive material, and the abrasive material is composed of large and small particle sizes. Increased cleaning power,
It is possible to clean oils and fats with a small-grained abrasive, maintain the bonding force with the resin, prevent the collapse of the shot material, improve the cleaning effect as a whole, and prevent wear and tear. Moreover, since it is a synthetic resin short material, unlike a single metal short material, the surface of the object to be cleaned is polished.
Even when this object to be cleaned is used again, it is difficult for dirt to adhere to it.

In particular, when replenishing resin short material, which often requires replenishment, if the total amount decreases, it is sufficient to mechanically replenish the reduced amount, and even with this replenishment, the cleaning effect will not change to the standard. You can do it without any problems.
