Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 表面に超硬合金材料をコーテイングした回転
    軸と、この回転軸の周囲に配設し周方向に分割し
    たセラミツクス材料からなる軸受と、この軸受を
    支持し流体を供給側から排出側へ通過させるスリ
    ツトを周方向に形成した軸受台と、この軸受台を
    弾性支持する弾性体と、前記軸受の流体供給側よ
    り上流側の回転軸に設けた撹拌板とを備えたこと
    を特徴とする流体軸受装置。 ２ 請求項１記載の流体軸受装置を備えたウオー
    タジエツト推進器。
