Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 軸受箱の内周面にセラミツクスパツドを張設
した水中軸受装置において、分割して形成した複
数のセラミツクスパツド要素を軸受箱の内周面の
周方向に配設し、隣接するセラミツクスパツド要
素の周方向の側端面に、回転軸方向に拡開するよ
うに傾斜面を形成するとともに、上記拡開した傾
斜面に嵌合する弾性体によつて隣接するセラミツ
クスパツド要素を軸受箱の内周面に固定したこと
を特徴とする水中軸受装置。 ２ 回転軸は、タングステンカーバイドなどの超
硬合金から成るコーテイング層を外周面に有する
請求項１記載の水中軸受装置。
