    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 装入ベスチブルと抽出ベスチブルを隣接して設
    けたロータリーハース型連続イオン浸炭炉の抽出
    ベスチブルと、装入ベスチブルと焼入室を備えた
    連続拡散炉の装入ベスチブルとを、シール扉を有
    する材料移送ベスチブルで連結したことを特徴と
    する連続イオン浸炭焼入設備。
