The head had to be thoroughly cleaned to prevent the original color from disappearing, resulting in material loss and labor. Moreover, the color patterns were mixed and changed each time, and it was not possible to form a constant color pattern.

This is a method for producing a rubber sheet with a color 8I pattern, which consists of simply placing unvulcanized color rubber in a position opposite to the injection hole in the space, and forming a color pattern dispersed in the circumferential direction. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a rubber sheet.

A sulfur color rubber is placed, and then base rubber is injected and filled from the injection hole, and the color rubber is dispersed in the circumferential direction as the base rubber flows, and then vulcanization molded by a conventional method. A method for producing a rubber sheet with a color pattern, which is characterized in that the rubber sheet is then removed from the mold, and furthermore, a runner is formed on the overlapping surface of the upper middle mold, and the runner is connected to the injection hole of the upper mold and the gate of the middle mold. The gates are provided opposite to a plurality of spaces formed by the middle mold and the lower mold, respectively, and first, at least one of the gates is provided at a position opposite to the lower mold recess opposite to the middle mold gate.
A suitable amount of unvulcanized colored rubber is il [i! This is a method for manufacturing a rubber sheet with a color pattern, in which a base rubber is injected and filled from a gate through an injection hole and a runner.

Place the small lump from 6), assemble the upper mold (1) to form a space (3) corresponding to a rubber sheet, and use the assembled upper and lower molds (1) and (2) for rubber injection. Attach to the molding machine. Unvulcanized base rubber (7) that has been pressurized and heated is injected from the head of the rubber injection molding machine into the space (3) through the injection hole (4). The color rubber (6) placed in a position opposite to the injection hole (4) is caused by the flow force of the base rubber (7).
Moreover, along with the flow, it is evenly distributed in the circumferential direction,
A vibrant color pattern (8) appears just like a fireworks display. This color pattern (8) is based on the base rubber (7
), it flows while being pressed toward the design surface, so it appears clearly on the design surface. Base rubber (7

後脱型してなるカラー模様入りゴムシートの製造方法。(5) A runner is formed on the overlapping surface of the upper middle mold, the runner communicates with the injection hole of the upper mold and the gate of the middle mold, and the gate opposes the plurality of spaces formed by the middle mold and the lower mold, respectively. First, at least one appropriate amount of unvulcanized color rubber is placed in a position opposite to the middle-sized gate in the lower mold recess, and then the base rubber is injected from the gate through the injection hole and the runner. A method for producing a rubber sheet with a color pattern, which is obtained by filling the color rubber so that it is dispersed in the circumferential direction as the base rubber flows, and then vulcanization molding by a conventional method, followed by demolding.
