AND METHOD THEREOF
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a multicolor mixing color slide fastener, manufacturing apparatus and method thereof, and more particularly to a color slide fastener, manufacturing apparatus and method thereof allowing a plurality of clamp teeth each arranged on a pair of support tapes in a length direction and coupled and separated by means of a slider to be molded to have various colors and patterns by irregularly mixing various colors, that is, at least two colors and arranged on the support tapes. [2] In general, a slide fastener has been widely applied to various products, such as clothing, bags, etc., wherein the slide fastener is constituted to be used as an open and close means by coupling and separating a plurality of clamp teeth each attached to a pair of support tapes (a cloth tape) along a length direction by means of a slider.
[3] Generally, in such a slide fastener, the support tape is formed of a cloth such as fabrics, the single clamp tooth and the slider are formed of synthetic resin or metal, and the support tape, the single clamp tooth, and the slider each is formed of a single color and a single pattern.
[4] In such a conventional slide fastener, since the support tape and the single clamp tooth are formed of a single color and a single pattern, the pattern thereof is significantly different from the pattern of a ground paper so that pattern interrupting portions occur. Therefore, the conventional slide fastener is not suit the design and color sense of clothing, bags and portable products attached therewith so that unbalance pattern and design occur.
[5] As a result, it has the problems that various patterns and colorful fashion can not be achieved, personality can not be expressed, design sense can be damaged, and degree of freedom in a design can be restricted.
[6] Accordingly, as the products using the slide fastener becomes various and the field using this becomes wide, there is ever increasing a demand for a color slide fastener having various colors and peculiar designs.
[7] The applicant created a color slide fastener having a single clamp tooth of various colors by heating, transporting, and injecting molding material of various colors in a spaces separated from each other in order to solve the problems and filed it as Korean Patent Application No. 1998-50581.
[8] Such a color slide fastener is constituted to allow a plurality of clamp teeth fixed on a support tape to form a multi colors or a combination of a group of separate colors, wherein the clamp teeth is formed by means of an injection molding to have various colors, that is, at least two colors.
[9] FIG. 1 is plan view showing one example of a conventional color slide fastener. In the drawing, each of clamp teeth 2; 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e, 2f formed on a support tape 1 has different colors and one, a pair, or a predetermined number of the clamp teeth 2 are arranged to be sequentially repeated.
[10] Such a conventional slide fastener has the clamp teeth of various colors, making it possible to prevent the generation of pattern interrupting portions and variously express the design and color sense of clothing, bags, and portable products.
[11] FIG. 2 is a photograph taking a real product of a conventional color slide fastener, wherein each of the clamp teeth is constituted to have different colors, such green, orange, blue, etc.
[12] However, in the conventional color slide fastener, since the colors of the clamp teeth 2 are not continued naturally and each of the clamp teeth 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e, 2f is arranged by color to form a predetermined pattern, it has the problem that color are interrupted in a portion adjacent other color to form the interrupted pattern.
[13] Accordingly, it has the problem that it cannot be available in clothing with patterns in which various colors are naturally mixed, for example, clothing or bags on which a spotty pattern, a vivid floral pattern, etc. are printed Disclosure of Invention

[14] The present invention is proposed to overcome the above problems. [15] In order to accomplish the above object, there is provided a multicolor mixing color slide fastener including: a pair of support tapes; clamp teeth constituted by a plurality of single clamp teeth formed on an inner side of a pair of the support tapes along a length direction; and a slider coupling and separating the clamp teeth, wherein the clamp teeth have various colors, that is, at least two colors and are molded to have indeterminate colors and patterns by irregularly mixing various colors, that is, at least two colors.
[16] Herein, the single clamp tooth can be molded to have at least two colors, and in this case, the single clamp tooth can be molded to have different colors on the upper and lower thereof, respectively.
[17] In order to accomplish the above object, there is provided a manufacturing apparatus of a multi color mixing color slide fastener including: a supplier for supplying molding materials; a plurality of injection paths by color for transporting molding materials of at least tow colors supplied by being heated and molten in the molding material supplier; a single mixing injection path for mixing the molding materials of at least two colors injected from the injection paths by color; and a mold including a plurality of clamp teeth molding grooves injected with the molding materials of liquid phase that are mixed in the single mixing injection path.
[18] Herein, the single mixing injection path is formed inside the mold and is runner holes formed in a length direction to allow the clamp teeth molding groove to be communicated with each other.
[19] Further, the single mixing injection path is formed outside the mold, for example, and may be an outside mixing injection path formed to be communicated with the plurality of injection paths by color to mix the molding materials prior to being injected the molding materials into the mold.
[20] Also, the single mixing injection path may be an outside mixing injection path formed to be communicated with the plurality of injection paths by color to primarily mix the molding materials prior to being injected the molding materials into the mold and the runner holes formed in a length direction to be communicated with the clamp teeth molding groove to secondarily mix the molding materials after being injected the molding materials into the mold.
[21] Meanwhile, in order to accomplish the above object, there is provided a manufacturing method of a multi color mixing color slide fastener including the steps of: supplying molten molding materials of at least two colors from a molding material supplier; separating and transporting the molten molding materials to a mold through a plurality of injection paths by color separated from each other;and mixing the molding materials by injecting them into a single mixing injection path; injecting the mixed molding materials into a plurality of clamp teeth molding grooves.
[22] Herein, it is characterized in that in the mixing, the molten molding materials are injected into the inside of the mold through a plurality of injection holes formed in the mold and then injected into the single mixing injection path formed in a length direction to be communicated with the clamp teeth molding grooves so that they can be mixed inside the mold.
[23] Further, it is characterized in that in the mixing, the molten molding materials are mixed through the single mixing injection path connected to be communicated with the injection paths by color and then injected into the inside of the mold through the plurality of injection holes formed in the mold so that they can be mixed outside the mold. [24] Also, it is characterized in that in the mixing, the molten molding materials are primarily mixed through the outside mixing injection path formed outside the mold and then injected into the mold through the plurality of injection holes formed in the mold and the molding materials injected into the inside of the mold are secondarily mixed by being injected into the runner holes formed in a length direction to be communicated with the clamp teeth molding grooves.
Advantageous Effects
[25] As described above, the slide fastener of the present invention is constituted to allow a plurality of clamp teeth molded on a support tape to naturally mix at least two colors so that when it is applied to various products in which various colors are naturally mixed, such as clothing, bags, other fabrics, etc., it naturally can suit the colors and patterns of the products and implement a colorful fashion without interrupting the patterns.
[26] Also, the present invention can further improve design sense of various clothing, bags, and degree of freedom in a design, etc.

[34] Hereinafter, a multicolor mixing color slide fastener, manufacturing apparatus and method thereof according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[35] The accompanying FIG. 3 is a plan view showing one embodiment of a color slide fastener according to the present invention. The color slide fastener of the present invention includes a pair of support tapes 10; clamp teeth 20 constituted by a plurality of single clamp teeth 20a, 20b, 20c formed on an inner side of a pair of the support tapes 10 along a length direction; and a slider (not shown) coupling and separating the clamp teeth 20, wherein the clamp teeth 20 are molded to have indeterminate colors and patterns by irregularly mixing various colors, that is, at least two colors.
[36] For example, in FIG. 3, when the color of a first single clamp tooth 20a is red and the color of a third single clamp tooth 20c is yellow, a second single clamp teeth 20b formed between the first single clamp tooth 20a and the third single clamp tooth 20c is approximately orange generated by means of the mixing of red and yellow. Since the mixing of colors as above is irregular, colors more approaching red or yellow are variously represented, making it possible to represent indeterminate colors and patterns.
[37] The accompanying FIGs. 4 and 5 are photographs showing a plan and a bottom with respect to a real thing of a multicolor mixing color slide fastener manufactured according to the embodiment of the present invention. Although the clamp teeth 20 have various colors, it does not form an interrupted pattern of colors but obscurely mixes boundary lines or irregularly mixes various colors by means of the mixing of the injected colors, making it possible to generate indeterminate colors and patterns.
[38] The multicolor mixing color slide fastener allows the clamp teeth 20 to naturally represent various colors so that it can be applied to clothing in which various colors are naturally mixed, for example, clothing or bags on which a spotty pattern, a vivid floral pattern print, etc. are printed, making it possible to totally improve design sense.
[39] Herein, it can mold the clamp teeth 20 to have various colors as well as mold each of the single clamp teeth 20a, 20b, 20c to have at least two colors. When molding the single clamp teeth 20a, 20b, 20c to have different colors on the upper and lower thereof, both surfaces of the fastener are represented with different colors, making it possible to apply them to clothing using both surfaces.
[40] A manufacturing apparatus of the present invention for manufacturing the multicolor mixing color slide fastener includes a supplier 200 for supplying molding materials; a plurality of injection paths by color 130 for transporting molding materials of at least tow colors supplied by being heated and molten in the molding material supplier; a single mixing injection path 103 for mixing the molding materials of at least two colors injected from the injection paths by color 130; a mold 100 including a plurality of clamp teeth molding grooves 101 injected with the molding materials of liquid phase that are mixed in the single mixing injection path 103, as shown in FIGs. 6 and 7.
[41] Herein, FIG. 6 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view schematically showing the case where the manufacturing apparatus of the multicolor mixing color slide fastener of the present invention cuts in a width direction. FIG. 7 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view schematically showing the case where the manufacturing apparatus of the multicolor mixing color slide fastener of the present invention cuts in a length direction, wherein it shows the state where the support tape 10 is inserted.
[42] The mold 10 is formed to be divided into an upper mold 110 and a lower mold 10, wherein the mutually contacted surfaces of the molds 110, 120 are provided with the plurality of clamp teeth molding grooves 101.
[43] In one embodiment of the present invention, the single mixing injection path 103 is constituted by the runner holes 103 formed in a length direction to be communicated with the clamp teeth molding grooves 101 in the inside of the molds 110, 120.
[44] The accompanying FIG. 8 is an exploded perspective view showing a mold for manufacturing the multicolor mixing color slide fastener of the present invention. FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing a bottom of an upper mold in the mold for manufacturing the multicolor mixing color slide fastener of the present invention.
[45] As shown, the manufacturing apparatus of the multicolor mixing color slide fastener of the present invention includes the mold 100 formed in an upper and lower separating type such as the upper mold 110 and the lower mold 120.
[46] The mold 100 is provided with the molding grooves 110 with the same shape as the clamp teeth 20 of the color slide fastener formed along a length direction, wherein the upper mold 110 is provided with a plurality of injection holes 102 injecting molding materials from the outside, which is communicated with the respective clamp teeth molding grooves.
[47] The mold 100 is provided with the runner holes 130 in a length direction, which is communicated with the clamp teeth molding groove 101 for injecting the molding materials injected through the injection hole 102 into the clamp teeth molding grooves 101 in a mixed state.
[48] In other words, as shown in FIGs. 8 and 9, the mutually contacted surfaces of the upper mold 110 and the lower mold 120 are provided with the runner holes 103 communicated with the clamp teeth molding grooves 101 in a length direction so that the molding materials are injected through the injection holes 102 and then freely mixed and injected into the molding grooves 101, making it possible to create the clamp teeth of various colors.
[49] If the molding materials are injected into the injection holes 102, as shown an partially enlarged view of FIG. 8, the molding materials are filled in the clamp teeth molding grooves 101 of the mold to mold the plurality of clamp teeth 20 on the inner side of a pair of the support tapes 10 along a length direction, the molding materials injected through the injection holes 102 are filled in the runner holes 103 to form a runner 30 by being integrally formed with the clamp teeth 30, and the molding materials filled in the injection hole 102 forms a sprue bar by being integrally formed with the runner 30.
[50] Accordingly, the molding materials injected through the injection holes 102 create various colors while being freely mixed through the runner holes 103.
[51] Meanwhile, the present invention can form the single mixing injection path for mixing the molding materials of at least two colors injected through the injection paths by color 130 from the outside of the mold 100.
[52] In other words, as shown in FIG. 10, the outside of the mold 100 is provided with the outside mixing injection hole 140 connected to be communicated with the plurality of injection paths by color 130 so that the molding materials can be mixed prior to being injected the molding material into the mold 100.
[53] The outside mixing injection path 140 formed outside of the mold can be independently applied to the manufacturing apparatus, and is applied like the runner holes 103 inside the molds 100, 120 to primarily mix the molding materials in the outside mixing injection path 140 prior to injecting the molding material into the molds 110, 120 and secondarily mix the molding materials through the runner holes 103 inside the molds so that the mixed molding materials can be injected into the clamp teeth molding grooves 101.
[54] The manufacturing method using the manufacturing apparatus of the color slide fastener arranges the support tapes 10 on the mold 100 and separates and heats, by color, the molding materials of at least two colors supplied from the molding material supplier 200 and then injects them into the injection holes 102 of the mold 100 so that the molten molding materials form the clamp teeth 20 while being injected into the plurality of clamp teeth molding grooves 101 included in the mold 100 and cools an takes out the clamp teeth 20 coupled to the support tapes 10 and secedes the runner 30 integrally formed with the clamp teeth 20 from the clamp teeth 20 and then couples the clamp teeth 20 to the slider, thereby forming the color slider.
[55] Herein, reviewing the manufacturing method the multicolor mixing color slide fastener using the molding materials of at least two colors of the present, the method sequentially performs supplying molten molding materials of at least two colors from a molding material supplier 200; separating and transporting the molten molding materials to a mold 100 through a plurality of injection paths 130 by color separated from each other; and mixing the molding materials by injecting them into a single mixing injection path 103; injecting the mixed molding materials into a plurality of clamp teeth molding grooves 101. [56] Herein, in the mixing, the molten molding materials are injected into the inside of the mold through the plurality of injection holes 102 formed in the mold 100 and then injected into the single mixing injection path, that is, the runner hole 103, formed in a length direction to be communicated with the clamp teeth molding grooves 101 so that they can be mixed inside the mold. As in other embodiments of the present invention as described above, the molten molding materials are mixed through the outside mixing injection path 140 connected to be communicated with the injection paths 130 by color from the outside of the mold and then injected into the inside of the mold 100 so that the molding materials can be mixed outside the mold.
[57] Also, the molding materials are mixed through the outside mixing injection path
140 formed in the outside of the mold and then secondarily mixed through the runner holes 103 inside of the mold so that the mixed molding materials are injected into the plurality of clamp teeth molding grooves 101, making it possible to manufacture the multicolor mixing color slide fastener.
[58] Also, in the separating and transporting, in order to change mixing ratio of the colors and patterns of the respective clamp teeth 21a, 21b, 21c, the injection velocity or pressure of the molding materials in the injection paths by color can be differentially controlled
[59] Although a few embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it would be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes might be made in this embodiment without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the claims and their equivalents.

Claims

Claims
[1] A multicolor mixing color slide fastener comprising : a pair of support tapes; clamp teeth including a plurality of single clamp teeth formed on an inner side of a pair of the support tapes along a length direction; and a slider coupling or separating the clamp teeth, wherein the clamp teeth have various colors of at least two colors and indeterminate color and pattern made by irregularly mixing at least two colors.
[2] The multicolor mixing color slide fastener as claimed in claim 1, wherein the single clamp tooth has mixed indeterminate color of at least two colors.
[3] The multicolor mixing color slide fastener as claimed in claim 2, wherein the single clamp tooth have different colors on the upper and lower thereof, respectively.
[4] A manufacturing apparatus of a multi color mixing color slide fastener including: a supplier for supplying molding materials; a plurality of injection paths by color for transporting molding materials of at least two colors supplied as a heated and molten state from the molding material supplier; a single mixing injection path for mixing the molding materials of at least two colors injected from the injection paths by color; and a mold including a plurality of clamp teeth molding grooves injected with the molding materials of liquid phase that are mixed in the single mixing injection path.
[5] The manufacturing apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein the single mixing injection path is formed inside the mold and is runner holes formed in a length direction to allow the clamp teeth molding groove to be communicated with each other.
[6] The manufacturing apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein the single mixing injection path is formed outside the mold, and is an outside mixing injection path formed to be communicated with the plurality of injection paths by color to mix the molding materials prior to being injected the molding materials into the mold.
[7] The manufacturing apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein the single mixing injection path is an outside mixing injection path formed to be communicated with the plurality of injection paths by color to primarily mix the molding materials prior to being injected the molding materials into the mold and the runner holes formed in a length direction to be communicated with the clamp teeth molding groove to secondarily mix the molding materials after being injected the molding materials into the mold.
[8] A manufacturing method of a multi color mixing color slide fastener including the steps of: supplying molten molding materials of at least two colors from a molding material supplier; separating and transporting the molten molding materials to a mold through a plurality of injection paths by color separated from each other; mixing the molding materials by injecting them into a single mixing injection path; and injecting the mixed molding materials into a plurality of clamp teeth molding grooves.
[9] The manufacturing method as claimed in claim 8, wherein in the mixing, the molten molding materials are injected into the inside of the mold through a plurality of injection holes formed in the mold and then injected into the single mixing injection path formed in a length direction to be communicated with the clamp teeth molding grooves so that they can be mixed inside the mold.
[10] The manufacturing method as claimed in claim 8, wherein in the mixing, the molten molding materials are mixed outside the mold through the single mixing injection path connected to be communicated with the injection paths by color and then injected into the inside of the mold through the plurality of injection holes formed in the mold so that they can be mixed outside the mold.
[11] The manufacturing method as claimed in claim 8, wherein in the mixing, the molten molding materials are primarily mixed through the outside mixing injection path formed outside the mold and then injected into the mold through the plurality of injection holes formed in the mold and the molding materials injected into the inside of the mold are secondarily mixed by being injected into the runner holes formed in a length direction to be communicated with the clamp teeth molding grooves.
[12] The manufacturing method as claimed in any one of claims 8 to 11, in the separating and transporting the molten molding materials, further controlling molding material injection velocity or pressure of the respective injection paths by color.
