Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 一方のゲート端子に増幅対象の交流信号を受け
ると共に他方のゲート端子にはＡＧＣ電圧を受け
、このＡＧＣ電圧の減少に伴い前記交流信号に対
する増幅利得を低減させるデユアルゲートＦＥＴ
を備えたＡＧＣ増幅回路において、 前記ＡＧＣ電圧が所定値以下に低下した場合に
は前記デユアルゲートＦＥＴの他方のゲート端子
に供給するＡＧＣ電圧をこの所定値にクランプす
るクランプ回路を備えたことを特徴とするＡＧＣ
増幅回路。
