Claims (1)
- ２本の光フアイバの一端を互いに光結合しうる
ような位置で対向配置すると共に弾性素材で光フ
アイバ対向配置部に圧力を加えた場合光軸の結合
にズレを生ぜしめ圧力除去后には当該部位の光軸
の結合性が回復するように結合せしめ、一方の光
フアイバの他端面を光源に結合し、他方の光フア
イバの他端面を受光素子に結合したことを特徴と
する圧力センサ。
