- ２本の光フアイバの先端面が光フアイバ軸に対
し、傾斜端面を形成しており、かつ該両光フアイ
バの傾斜面が同一平面を形成するように光フアイ
バ軸に角度を持たせて透光性板面上に対向配設し
、該透光性板面と光フアイバ傾斜端面との間がマ
ツチング性を備えた部材による充填構造を形成せ
しめたことを特徴とする液面センサーヘツド。
