Claims (1)
- ガラスで形成されるコツプ状部と、中央部に圧
力導入口が設けられ、前記コツプ状部の開口を蓋
するように接合され、前記コツプ状部とともに受
圧部を形成するガラス基台と、前記コツプ状部の
外周面にら旋状に埋設形成される光導波路と、こ
の光導波路の一端に接続される光入力用の光フア
イバと、前記光導波路の他端に接続される光出力
用の光フアイバとから成る圧力センサ。
