Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 断面Ｔ字状でかつ軸方向に貫通孔が形成された
ボデイ、支持部にデイスクを介してダイヤフラム
が取付けられ前記ボデイの貫通孔内に配置された
複合音叉振動子、及び圧力を前記ダイヤフラムに
導く圧力導入孔を有し前記ボデイに取付けられる
キヤツプよりなる圧力センサにおいて、 前記ボデイに所定の角度をもつて前記デイスク
の裏面に至るネジ孔を形成すると共にこのネジ孔
にその先端部が前記角度に対応した角度でカツト
されたネジを螺合し、このネジの先端カツト部分
を前記デイスクの裏面に当接させることにより過
大の入力圧に対するストツパーとしたことを特徴
とする複合音叉式圧力センサ。
