Claims (1)
- 第１の流体通路を具えた小径の第１ねじ部と上
記第１ねじ部に対し略同心的に配置され第２の流
体通路を具えた大径の第２ねじ部とを有するフイ
ルタヘツド、上記第１のねじ部に着脱自在に螺合
されるホルダと同ホルダ上に装架された筒状の
過部材とからなるフイルタエレメント、及び上記
第２ねじ部に着脱自在に螺合されその内部に上記
フイルタエレメントを収蔵する有底筒状体状のケ
ーシングを具備してなることを特徴とするフイル
タ装置。
