    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 商品出荷時に、商品に添付される納品書であつ
    て、前記商品毎に添付されている、商品の型式、
    サイズ、色などのデータがコードで印刷された商
    品ラベルを貼り付け得る大きさの商品ラベル用枡
    目を直線状に並べて複数設け、これら商品ラベル
    用枡目内に順に１からの数字を付し、前記商品の
    総数、商品区分毎の個数および納品出荷データの
    コードが印刷された納品ラベルを貼り付け得る大
    きさの納品ラベル用枡目を設け、納品先での確認
    事項の文章を付した納品書。
