ボス部、９，１０，１１……ボルトボス部、１３
，１４，１５……結合リブ、１６……上壁部、２
１，２２……側壁部、２８，３８，３９，３１，
４１，４２……横リブ、４３，４４……縦リブ。
上からの平面図、第２図は同じく縦断面図、第３
図は同じく下からの平面図である。第４図は従来
例を示すカムカバーおよびシリンダヘツドの縦断

Claims (1)
- シリンダヘツド上に取付けられるカムカバーを
備え、このカムカバーの中央部に点火栓を挿入さ
せるプラグボス部と、シリンダヘツドに螺合する
ボルトを挿通させる複数のボルトボス部とがそれ
ぞれ形成されるエンジンのカムカバー装置におい
て、前記プラグボス部と交差する縦リブと、この
縦リブと略直交してカムカバーの左右側壁部に接
続する横リブをそれぞれ前記カムカバーの上壁部
から下方に向けて一体的に突出させるとともに、
前記プラグボス部とこれに近接する前記ボルトボ
ス部とを一体的に結合する結合リブを形成したこ
とを特徴とするエンジンのカムカバー装置。
