着パツドの吸着面に向かつて付勢するバネ部材と
、 前記支持部材と前記ガイドロツドとが前記バネ
部材に抗して一定の距離を相対移動したことを検
知する検知センサーと、 前記支持部材を前記ガイドロツドの軸方向に移
