At the same time, an incomplete cutting groove is formed to form a tongue piece,
There are known devices in which the expected spout portion is closed with a film attached to the upper surface of the top plate, or those in which the expected spout portion is closed with a film adhered to the lower surface of the top plate.

In a closing device, when opening the spout, the tongue is pressed down to open the spout, so the tongue and film adhere to the contents of the can (especially liquid) and accumulate in the groove forming the tongue. There were problems such as the possibility of dirt getting into the can, making it unhygienic.

A metal vapor-deposited film 7 (the metal is, for example, aluminum; hereinafter referred to as the aluminum vapor-deposited film) is adhered to the spout 2 and has a size and shape that covers the spout 2 . The aluminum vapor-deposited film 7 is a laminated film 6 having a synthetic resin layer 5 of the same quality as the synthetic resin 4 on its lower surface (the synthetic resin layer 5 has a property of melting when heated), and a top plate. 1 to seal the spout 2. Further, the synthetic resin layer 5 is not provided on the lower surface of a part of the edge of the aluminum vapor-deposited film 7, or a release paper is applied thereto to eliminate adhesion, and a knob 8 is formed that is easy to pick when opening the spout. be.

It is not essential to layer the entire surface of the spout 2, and it may be provided only on the portion facing the periphery of the spout 2.
The thickness of the top plate 1 is usually around 200μ, but in order to weld the synthetic resin layer 5 to the cut end surface 3 of the spout, the thickness of the top plate, that is, the thickness of the cut end surface 3 of the spout must be adjusted. The heating temperature and pressing force should be determined appropriately in consideration of the height.

A knob 8 for opening the spout is provided on a part of the edge of the spout without adhesive, making it easy to pick.To open the spout, pull the knob 8 in the direction of arrow 9. If so, it can be opened easily. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the shape of the spout is funnel-shaped, so the welded portion between the laminated film 6 and the inner wall of the spout can be easily peeled off, and the peeling can be easily performed during the opening. There are benefits to be gained.

This has the effect of preventing rust from forming on the inner wall, and this has the effect of significantly easing restrictions on the top plate material. There is also no risk of foreign matter (such as cutting chips) getting into the can when it is opened.

できる。 Furthermore, if the impermeable film is a laminated film, the spout can be sealed and the cut end surface of the spout can be covered by simply applying the film by heating. Furthermore, if the laminated film is closely attached to the cut end surface of the spout, the cut end surface of the spout can be more effectively covered. In particular, since the cut end surface of the spout is slanted into a funnel shape, the molten resin of the non-porous film naturally flows along the cut end surface, and the cut end surface of the spout is reliably and easily covered. Even when the film is brought into close contact with the cut end of the pouring spout, it is easy to form a non-breathable film, so the two will surely come into close contact (if the inner walls are at right angles, they will easily come apart), and will not come apart accidentally during use. There is no fear. Also, when it comes time to peel it off, it can be peeled off easily.
