【実用新案登録請求の範囲】[Scope of utility model registration request] 【請求項1】板紙の表裏面に熱可塑性樹脂層を積層した
容器素材をもって形成される容器本体の頂壁に開口装置
を設けた密閉紙容器であって、前記開口装置は、前記頂
壁に設けられた透孔と、この透孔と同じ或は小さな透孔
を有する合成樹脂製の下板と、前記下板の透孔の内壁に
少くとも外周の一部が圧接状態に嵌合する嵌合突部を有
し、下板の上面に前記嵌合突部を下板の透孔に嵌合させ
て重合する合成樹脂製の上板と、前記頂壁の内面に位置
し、頂壁に設けられた透孔を覆うバルヤーフイルムから
なり、前記下板は、この下板に設けられた透孔が頂壁に
設けられた透孔の中に位置するようにして頂壁の外面に
接着され、更に前記バリヤーフイルムは、前記頂壁内面
の前記透孔周辺と前記下板の透孔に嵌合している前記上
板の嵌合突部の頂面に接着されていることを特徴とする
開口装置付きの密閉紙容器。

Further, the barrier film has a top of a fitting protrusion of the upper plate fitted around the through hole of the inner surface of the top wall and a through hole of the lower plate.
