Claims (1)
- シール対象流体５を収容した筐体１に摺動軸２
を設けたものにおいて、上記筐体１の摺動面１ａ
に、第１、第２シール部材３ａ，３ｂを収容した
複数条の環状溝１ｂ，１ｃを摺動軸２の摺動方向
に離間して設けると共に、これら環状溝１ｂ，１
ｃ間の筐体１内周面と摺動軸２外周面の間に空間
４を設けて、この空間４に上記シール対象流体５
の圧力より若干の高低差を持つた圧縮ガス６を注
入してなるシール装置。
