A wide variety of designs are created by applying colored paint, transparent paint, or a combination of these. At this time, regarding the coating technology, consideration is being given to leveling agents, coating, drying conditions, etc. in relation to the surface finish appearance, but as stated in Publication of Utility Model Publication No. 61-20546, the final coating There is no better coated surface than a polished surface. Therefore, the above-mentioned Utility Model Publication No. 61-20546. Jitsukai Showa 61-1
52988, a method of polishing the final painted surface to obtain a beautiful dial surface is already widely used. However, this method requires polishing the soft organic coating surface, and polishing the soft surface is technically extremely difficult, requiring a large amount of processing time and resulting in a low processing yield. This is the actual situation. Polishing is usually 2,000 to 30
It requires two steps: lapping with a No. 00 grindstone to remove macroscopic irregularities on the surface, and then boring with a fine abrasive of 200 to 500 mm.As a result, the coating thickness, sagging, etc. management is required.

In order to provide the second layer with a polishing allowance and to prevent sagging, it is unavoidable that it must be painted multiple times.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to eliminate this polishing process, which is difficult and requires a large amount of processing time. Secondly,
The problem is the inefficiency of multiple coatings associated with the formation of the second layer of the coating film, and the object of the present invention is to eliminate this process of multiple coatings of the second layer.

特徴とする。[Means for Solving the Problems] The dial manufacturing method of the present invention includes forming a colored resin layer as a first layer on a shaped material for a dial substrate, and forming a transparent resin layer with a smooth surface as a second layer. The curable resin layer is formed by irradiating ultraviolet rays with a transparent transfer mold having a mirror transfer surface to cure it while mirror transfer, and is then press-cut into the shape of a dial.

Or, a base plated layer has not been formed. If you want to make the most of the color tone of the colored resin layer, the former is used, and if you want to make the most of the plating color, the latter is used as the base treatment. A required amount of transparent photocurable resin 6 is dropped onto this first layer, and an ultraviolet-transparent transfer mold 4 is brought into contact thereon with the smooth mirrored transfer surface facing down, which also serves as a molding thickness control stopper. While the surplus resin leakage prevention dam 5 is pressed to the position where it contacts the surface of the dial substrate material, ultraviolet rays are irradiated to photocure the photocurable resin 6. When the transfer mold 4 is removed, a laminate as shown in (b) is obtained. This laminated plate is pressed into the shape of the outer diameter of the dial to obtain the dial as shown in (C). It is then completed by printing and other necessary processing as a dial. FIG. 2 shows an example in which the process is similar to that of the previous embodiment, but the mirror transfer surface of the transfer mold is built into a curved surface. The obtained laminate is shown in (h), but the cured transfer surface forms a curved surface, and (C) is the laminate that was press punched into the outer diameter shape of the dial. It can be seen that, as in this example, a precise curved surface shape that cannot be obtained simply by polishing can be obtained.

Moreover, a transparent resin layer with a controlled thickness can be obtained by a single molding operation.

大きな意義を持つものである。Secondly, the process of applying the transparent paint multiple times to form the transparent resin layer as the second layer can be avoided, and these processes can be replaced by a single process of forming the photosensitive resin layer. According to the present invention, after the photosensitive resin is formed and laminated on the dial-shaped substrate, the outer diameter shape of the dial is obtained by pressing. This is a process that can be carried out in any dial processing process, and it is also a process with few problems.Furthermore, other effects of the present invention include:
As a by-product, the transfer surface of the ultraviolet-transparent transfer mold can be precisely molded into various shapes according to design requirements. As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to form a transparent resin layer with a smooth mirror surface on a colored resin very easily, and a dial plate with a beautiful design can be provided at a low cost, which is of great significance as a dial processing method. It is something that has.
