Abstract

PURPOSE:To simply and satisfactorily transfer inexpensively and beautifully by placing a thin film formed of polysaccharides, proteins with patterns such as characters, graphics on the surface of a decorative material, and dissolving the film with water or the like or decomposing or burning it with oxygen or the like. CONSTITUTION:In order to form patterns such as characters, graphics on a thin film formed in a thin film state of polysaccharides such as starch, glycogen, cellulose, etc. or proteins such as albumin, hemoglobin, etc., the patterns are manually described by a writing brush, or a pen, pressed by an uneven plate to be stamped or sealed, or further applied by printing technique. In this case, as a describing material, printing ink is employed. If a decorative material to be formed is of processed food, edible ink is used. Then, the pattern of a thin film is placed with front or rear side upside on the surface of the material, and the latter has higher density of transferring pattern. Thereafter, in order to dissolve the thin film, it is ordinarily dipped in normal water, warm water or hot water, or dissolved by a steam operating unit. In order to decompose it, the film may be immersed with enzyme solution such as amylase, etc. Further, the film may be burned to bake the pattern.

(Object of the Invention) In view of the above points, the present invention allows patterns such as letters and figures applied to thin film products processed with polysaccharides, proteins, etc. to adhere closely to the surfaces of processed foods, plastics, metals, wood, etc. Regardless of whether the surface is flat or curved, the pattern can range from simple to elaborate, and can be not only monochromatic but also multicolored; it is a simple, low-cost, beautiful pattern. A novel method of performing transcription is provided.

(Structure of the Invention) The present invention involves placing a thin film material processed with polysaccharides, proteins, etc. with patterns such as letters and figures on the surface of the object to be decorated, and dissolving this thin film material with water or the like or using an enzyme or the like. This is a pattern transfer method in which the pattern is decomposed or burned in a process that brings the pattern into close contact with the surface of the object to be decorated. .

以下本発明を具体的に説明する。The present invention will be specifically explained below.

First, a stamp device with a desired pattern is lightly applied on a thin, flat surface with edible ink, and then the stamp device is pressed onto a thin-film wafer. This allows the pattern on the stamp device to be reflected on the oblate. Next, the patterned side of the oblate is placed on the rounded surface of the steamed manju, and the steamed manju is left in a steam state of about 100° C. for about 1 minute using a steam operating device.
