When peeled and removed from the product, the edible ink is transferred to the surface of the fabric. An edible ink is printed on a packaging film so that it can be transferred to the fabric of the seafood paste product, and after packaging, the edible ink is transferred to the seafood paste product under pressure.

あった。Conventionally, in Japanese Patent Publication No. 57-30, a packaging film on which the decorative characters J'3 and figures to be drawn are exposed and adhered to is prepared in advance, and the packaging film is coated with (=I) By stacking the shapes formed by the surimi on a molded product of surimi on a table and steaming it in that state to form a kamaboko, the shapes become integrated with the kamaboko at the stage of steaming, and the resulting product is transferred. This has been proposed, but this is to transfer the figures formed by surimi. In addition, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 53-12589, mimeograph printing is performed on packaging film using edible ink mainly based on fats and oils, and this film is A confectionery mold with a printing area on the inside of the recess is formed by negative pressure molding.Fluid oil-based confectionery dough is poured into this mold and cooled to solidify. However, even in this case, fluid oil-based confectionery dough is poured into a confectionery mold, and it is possible to wrap the molded product of smoked seafood by covering it with a packaging film. The reality is that it is difficult to transfer food ink clearly and beautifully.

ある。In view of the above circumstances, the present invention has been developed by printing an edible ink on a packaging film containing divalent or higher saccharides so that it can be transferred onto the fabric of smoked seafood products, and applying pressure by an appropriate means after packaging to print the edible ink on a packaging film containing sugars of divalent or higher valence. The packaging film is peeled off and removed from the product in order to serve it for consumption. This is what I did.

For example, a film obtained by coating both sides of a moisture-proof Hyrophane with vinylidene chloride and further coating the surface with a polysaccharide (trade name: Q-Wrap) or a film obtained by coating the surface of a vinyl chloride/vinylidene chloride copolymer with a polysaccharide is preferable.

After filling and sealing, heat treatment is performed using a conventional method. In this case, the edible ink printed on the film is transferred to the film by applying pressure from above, such as by placing the film in a mold and subjecting it to heat treatment or vacuum packaging. In that case, since the film is coated with polysaccharide, the edible ink printed on this polysaccharide layer will not repel and will be beautiful, and the surface fabric of the smoked seafood product and the binder component of the edible ink will Quinki is familiar with (ζ
Tf is actually transferred to the fabric surface. Zunawara Relac's edible ink, which is made by dissolving edible coloring in an alcoholic solution, prints clearly and beautifully on the polysaccharide surface of the packaging film, and the binder component of the edible ink is compatible with the fabric of Fisheries Law products. Because of its good adhesion, when the packaging film is peeled off and removed from the product to serve as food, the edible ink is transferred to the surface of the fabric, resulting in clearly and beautifully colored smoked seafood products. It will be done.

When the packaging film was then removed, the coloring of the edible ink was transferred to the surface of the fabric, leaving a clear and beautiful coloring on the surface of the smoked seafood product. In that case, almost no printed coloring remained on the film.
