Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 制御信号に応じて負荷に電流を供給又は遮断す
ることが出来るとともに過負荷時に電流制限を行
なうことの出来る電流供給回路であつて、 エミツタが電源端子にコレクタが負荷に接続さ
れた第１トランジスタと、 該第１トランジスタとベースが共通接続され、
電流ミラー関係となる第２トランジスタと、 前記第１及び第２トランジスタと共通ベースと
アース間に直列接続された起動抵抗及び第１スイ
ツチングトランジスタと、 前記第１及び第２トランジスタの共通ベースの
電流を吸い込む定電流回路と、 該定電流回路の動作を制御する第２スイツチン
グトランジスタと、 前記第１トランジスタに流れる電流を検出する
検出回路と、 該検出回路の出力信号に応じて前記定電流回路
の動作を制御する第３スイツチングトランジスタ
と から成り、前記制御信号に応じて前記第１及び第
２スイツチングトランジスタを制御するようにし
たことを特徴とする電流供給回路。
