Claims (1)
- 基板と、該基板上に整列して設けられた複数の
赤外発光ダイオードと、該赤外発光ダイオードの
上方に配置された棒状レンズとを具備したものに
おいて、前記夫々の赤外発光ダイオードの直列回
路に少なくとも１個の可視光発光ダイオードを直
列接続し、且つ該可視光発光ダイオードを前記赤
外発光ダイオードに隣接して配置したことを特徴
とする線状光源。
