Claims (1)
- 電極と被加工物間に流れる極間電流を検出する
検出手段と、上記極間電流の最適波形のデータを
予め記憶する記憶手段と、上記検出された電流を
上記最適波形データと比較し、上記極間電流の波
形を上記最適波形になる様に制御する制御手段と
を備えたことを特徴とする放電加工装置。
